⚠️ Notice to Customers We offer a cash discount on all services. The listed prices are for cash payments. A 2% non-cash adjustment will be added to card transactions to cover processing costs. 1. PRICING Prices may vary depending on the shape, length, and design of your nails. Please confirm pricing with your technician or the manager before your service begins. Any changes or removals during your visit will depend on your technician’s availability. 2. CHANGE OF MIND We’ll show you a sample (shape, length, and color) on 1-2 fingers to make sure you love it before continuing. Not happy? Let your tech or the manager know right away so we can fix it early. Once your service is complete and no concerns are raised, changes will only be offered as a removal (with an extra charge). If you change your mind after approving the sample, a removal and full re-do charge will apply. 3. REFUNDS & RETURNS All service sales are final—no refunds or exchanges unless there’s a duplicate charge. If you're unhappy with your service, please contact us within 3 days, and we’ll do our best to make it right. Gift cards are non-refundable and can’t be exchanged for cash. 4. FIXES & REDOS Basic polish: No warranty, but we’ll fix it for free within 2–4 days. Gel, acrylic, SNS, or LCN: Free fixes available within 7 days. Please return to the same tech for design-related fixes. Let us know of any issues right away—we want you to leave happy! Repairs due to accidents or lifting may have a small fee. 5. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE We care about everyone’s safety and comfort. We may refuse service to: Anyone with signs of contagious infections or open wounds Anyone showing rude, disrespectful, or threatening behavior Anyone who may have a contagious illness that could be worsened by treatment If you're diabetic, please let us know so we can ensure extra care is provided. 6. APPOINTMENTS & WALK-INS We allow a 10-minute grace period for appointments. After that, we may need to reschedule you. Walk-ins are welcome, but not guaranteed. Appointments are the best way to avoid waiting. Call us at (704) 777-7780 to book or ask the front desk! Frequent no-shows may lead to restrictions on future bookings. 7. CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel. No-shows may be charged a fee or required to pay a deposit next time.
